As a print on demand publisher, all of our giclees are custom printed, based on your order. Returns are accepted for shipments damaged in transit, or for misshipped goods.
Color and image formatting has already been approved by museum curators (and in some instances, by the artists themselves, or their represenatives) before your order is printed and shipped. For this reason, we are confident in the quality of our product.
We thoroughly inspect each piece before your order is packaged with great care and experience, prior to leaving our facility.
On extremely rare occasions, a shipping error or a shipping damage may occur. Your satisfaction is paramount to us and we want you to be pleased with our product. If you are displeased, please contact us and we will do our very best to rectify the situation.
When your shipment arrives, please open it carefully and inspect it thoroughly. Please report to us any damages or other issues you may encounter within 10 days of receipt of your order, so we can make things right for you. We will need to provide you with a return authorization prior to you sending any product back to us. We will be happy to forward a replacement with no charge shipping. Returns will be inspected upon receipt and a credit will be issued, less shipping charges.
